Vending Opportunity .
General Information
- Vending space rental is available at the Northwest Lawn “ONLY”: (10’ x 10’) space, suitable for one tent
- Set Up 10:00 a.m.
- Break-down 6:00 p.m. (must vacate by 8: 00 p.m.)
- Must provide proof of Liability Coverage ($1,000,000 – $2,000,000), listing D.T.O. Jazz Fest Inc. to dtojazzfest@yahoo.com
- Application deadline: April, 15, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
VENDOR FEES:
- Merchandise/Promotional at Northwest lawn area: $350.00
- Food Trucks/vendors (street parking meters spaces at Rosalind Ave.): $600.00
- Vendor fees include a refundable deposit of $100.00 (If all terms of the contract agreement are met, refund will be issued no later than May 3, 2024)
